Pet Sitting Bergen County – New Jersey Pet Concierge uses the “Time to Pet” app for all our pet caretaking services.  Clients may use the Client Portal to contact us and request a complimentary meet and greet. The meet and greet is required before any other services can be scheduled. During the visit, clients and their pet(s) will meet with us to ensure that we are the right fit!  Moving forward, clients can use the Client Portal to contact us, submit service requests and/or a request for a proposal of services. Simply sign up, log in and we’ll do the rest!

What is “Time to Pet?”
Time to pet is an app that allows clients to access a pet portal and easily request services, manage their accounts, make secure payments, and communicate their needs and wants with us.  There are many useful features tucked within the app. For example, the My Info page allows clients to keep their contact information up to date. Using the Pets page, clients can keep their pet’s information up to date as well as inform New Jersey Pet Concierge of any new pets. Clients can also submit service requests and/or a request for a proposal of services. The Invoices section of the Portal allows clients to view and settle any outstanding invoices for their accounts, and/or update their payment information. Lastly, the Conversation Feed allows pet parents to communicate directly with us. Any messages sent to New Jersey Pet Concierge and all messages sent to clients will also be communicated via email, to ensure that pet parents will never have to worry about missing an update. Our goal is to provide top-notch service coupled with personalized, compassionate care!
